Hillcrest Wind Ensemble celebrates the 40th anniversary of our founding as San Diego’s Finest City Freedom Band with our Winter Concert, With Pride and Joy! Most of the music comes from the first concert season. This will be the final concert under the direction of Artistic Director Christian Tordahl.

Tickets and hors d'oeuvres available at the door at 5:00 PM. Doors will open at 5:30 PM. CASH BAR available, no electronic payment.

Free Active Military Admission: Active duty military personnel with ID (limit 1 per ID) will receive free admission to this concert.

$5 Student Rush:  Student Rush tickets for $5.00  (cash only) will be available at the door 15 minutes before the concert start time with a current student ID (applies to all students, including high school students), limit 1 per ID, subject to availability. (For example, if a concert is close to selling out, this discount will NOT be offered.)

Children under the age of 5 will not be admitted to the concert. Parents should use their best judgment when bringing children who are age 5 or older, based on their ability to sit quietly through a 2-hour concert, out of respect to other audience members, and since we record each concert. These children must have a ticket and be able to sit in an unaccompanied seat. We do not have a ticket discount specifically for children.
